fishing Memory |
Hiking
with my Daddy and Uncle Bud through the backwoods to fish the “old river,”
an ancient, cut off channel of the Hatchie River in West Tennessee. My
uncle had a johnboat and paddle chained to a tree. We fished jigs on long
poles, and caught so many fish it is unbelievable. Then I was forced to
drag the stringer full of fish ˝ mile back to the truck.
