Chunky fish and Healthy
limits top the leaderboard in the July Tournament
July 30, 2005 |
| On Saturday, July 30th, FOCAS
hosted their third Open Buddy Bass Tournaments for 2005.
The 37 teams left at 5:00am in search of good fish. The
leaderboard shows that several anglers meet their goals and brought in some
nice ones. A pair of Cadiz residents, Ron and Art Ryan
bested the field by bringing 5 fish weighing 19
pounds even, along with a 6 pound largemouth to capture the top honors for
big bass as well. In all, the Ryan's collected $690.00
from a $50.00 entry fee.
Below is run down of the leaderboard. The next FOCAS OPEN
tournament was schedule for September 10th, but that date has been pushed
back to September 17th due to many other conflicts on the water that day. |
