June 14, 2008    It's a MIRACLE!!!!!   The miracle is not that Bruce Higbee won, but for the first time this season, FOCAS held a club tournament where wind didn't blow 20+mph.   As mentioned earlier, Bruce continued his good fortune this season with another solid bag of fish.   This time he presented 5 bass that topped the scales at 13.87 pounds.
