2010 New
for 2010 was this Classic Event to reward the anglers that participated in
at least 5 events throughout the season. Eight of the 11 eligible
members participated under gorgeous skies. The bite was very tough,
with James and Mason using finesse techniques to lure in a modest 7 pounds
of fish to lead the pack. James also used a shakeyhead worm to
coax a 3.6 pound smallmouth into biting.
Jerimiah and Billy
found a wad of bass late in the day, but could only manage to find one to
sweep past the 15" mark. However, their 2.10 pound largemouth landed
the brothers $140.00 and almost the $75.00 poker pot. The Klines
held two pair until the final card gave Mason and James a full house.
