On Saturday, May 1st, 10 anglers ventured
out into the unstable weather conditions to find a few fish.
With the unstable weather came unstable fishing conditions.
The Crossroads Fellowship team of James Shelton and Geoff Baggett weighed the largest stringer of
bass with three keepers weighing 9lbs 6oz. The duo earns the
right to keep the "traveling trophy" all summer, but must put it up for
grabs in the fall at the next scheduled Pastor Appreciation tournament.
| Bro. Derrick Norris of Liberty Point Baptist Church claimed
"back-to-back" big fish honors for second time among the five pastors with a 2lb
4oz largemouth. After the
weigh-in, all competitors and their families, enjoyed a good BBQ lunch! |
